Had a modified radical mastectomy followed by a prophylactic mastectomy with expander. I will be having an additional reconstructive surgery on October 8th.

6 1/2 weeks of radiation in August, 2008

Chemotherapy Description, Dates & Side Effects:

Four months of dose-dense chemotherapy along with a shot of Neulasta after each session.

Hormone Therapy Description, Dates & Side Effects:

Started Tamoxifen during radiation. Having hot flashes still!!

This is a photo of my family from this weekend. I set up a fruit booth to sell fruit and granola bars to all the runners at a local 5K/1Mile fun run. It was a great time and I also made some money to send to the Breast Cancer 3-Day.
